General Conditions , Refunds and Returns:
E-Liquids once opened cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
We highly recommend you carefully research the product that you are intending to purchase before you make a purchase. Regrettably no refunds or exchanges on sale items
No warranty or guarantee is offered on any pre-made commercial coils
Ensure you understand the manufacturer’s instructions for the use of the devices and agree to follow it. Improper use may void the applicable warranty. No warranty claim will be processed if it is found that the device(s) was misused by the customer / not abiding by all of the instructions of the manufacturer.
Should goods be found to have been damaged by the customer due to negligence, transportation back to customer will be at his / her expense.
The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify Mr & Mrs Vape Lounge within 7 working days via email from the date of delivery if any goods are damaged and items not received.
Please do not open any goods without checking them to be correct first. Please contact us via email. Should the purchaser fail to do this it shall be deemed as goods accepted. If the purchaser wants to return any goods,the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
All goods returned must be in an unused condition.
If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault and is within the warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced unless due to user negligence. Please note that it could take up to 3 weeks to check the device and return it to the purchaser. However every effort will be taken to shorten this time frame.
All goods returned must contain all relevant parts along with original order number and or proof of purchase.
If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will make arrangements for the incorrect product to be returned to us and for the correct product to be delivered to you as quickly as possible.
If the incorrect product is delivered to you, please do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way.
If the product is opened or used in any way and is not in mint condition, you may be liable for a 25% (of the original purchase price) handling fee
Mr & Mrs Vape Lounge abides by the manufactures warranty and no warranty claim will be processed if the purchaser has misused the product or not abided by the manufacturers instructions.
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only, unless authorized by management
Mr & Mrs Vape Lounge shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product

- Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of original delivery date
Please inspect the goods upon arrival and notify The Mr & Mrs Vape Lounge within 7 days of delivery if any goods are damaged. Please call, email or whats app us as soon as possible. If not we shall deem the goods as accepted by you.
If you receive the wrong products please do not open. Contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements for the product (s) to be returned.
Return of defective products:
Returns of defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with their warranty policy.
We will happily replace or exchange your device if it has a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase upon proof of receipt.
